New Build/Refurbs/Builders cleans

We specialise in cleaning new builds, refurbishment cleans and building extension cleans. These can involve a complete clean, for example removing, cement, tape, stickers, plaster/render and paint etc from glazing and framework as requested. Or a simple dust removal clean. It really depends on the extent of work you've had done as to the extent of cleaning which you be require.

Please be aware that if the build/refurbs works have only been light or have just covered everywhere in dust, providing this isn't seriously excessive then a normal charge will quoted as if no work had been carried out because dust removal is no different to a normal standard clean.

Quite often major building cleans require; scraping down glazing and framework if possible or some sort of chemical application in order to remove any stubborn residue, such as adhesive left from tape/stickers etc.

Please note, if you're looking to have a high rise building cleaned externally, i.e. more than 6 levels/20 metres high and it's currently covered in scaffold, it is possible to clean prior to scaffold removal which could save you, the customer on access expenses. But please be aware that it has to be cleaned almost as the scaffold is being removed, otherwise you wont notice the difference. Alternatively we can access using various methods once scaffold is removed but this will incur extra cost.

Any building which is lower in height than 20 metres will not make much difference access-wise unless it's particularly awkward to access normally, therefore not incurring extra cost for special access methods.
